Privacy policy

The data controller is ООО «АКАДЕМИЯ» (ACADEMIA LLC; details above). We collect: your email address or Telegram ID, your goal and questionnaire, workouts and heart rate from your watch and, with consent, health data, cycle data and meal photos. Purpose: creating and adjusting your plan. Storage location: Google Cloud servers. Retention: while your account is active, then for 30 days. We do not sell or share data, except with the payment service and the watch services you connect yourself. To delete your data, send a request by email. Your rights are governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Messages, voice and saved preferences

• Messages with the coach are used to answer you and keep context. When voice input is available in the web app, the original recording is processed in temporary server memory and sent to OpenAI for transcription. The app does not write this recording to its own persistent storage. Text you send, including a transcription, may be retained in chat history. This statement does not cover storage by Telegram or external providers.
• Selected preferences and check-ins you choose to save: interests, motivation, daily rhythm, support style, humour and how you feel. After signing in, you can view, change or delete these details on the memory screen, or turn memory off and clear them. These controls do not cover all account data or all chat history.
