Refunds

5.1. The Customer may cancel the services at any time (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law) by writing to the support email address.

5.2. For card or SBP payments, unused full days of the paid period are refunded: the amount actually paid for that period ÷ the paid period length (30 or 365 days) × the number of full days remaining. The calculation uses the amount after any discounts. Cancellation within 3 days of that payment receives a full refund.

5.3. Card or SBP refunds are made within 10 business days of receiving the request, using the original payment method.

5.4. An erroneous or duplicate card or SBP charge is refunded in full.

5.5. Telegram Stars payments have no voluntary refund for cancelling a subscription or unused days, including annual plans. The 3-day full refund and proportional refund rules in clause 5.2 apply to card/SBP payments, not Stars. Stars renewal can be disabled in Telegram; paid access remains until the end of its period. Annual Stars does not renew automatically.

5.6. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or the handling of legitimate payment disputes under mandatory Telegram rules. For payment support, contact hello@jencoach.com or use /paysupport in @JenRunCoachBot. Periods already paid for keep their own order terms.
