JenCoach is an AI running and nutrition coaching service in development. This policy explains what data we process and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your Telegram ID, name you choose to share, language and time zone.
- Training profile: goals, races, experience, availability, food preferences, exclusions and allergies you tell us.
- Watch data, only after you connect a provider and consent: activities (distance, time, pace, heart rate, intervals), sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate.
- Messages and voice conversations with the coach, used to answer you and keep context.
How we use it
Only to coach you: build and adjust your training and nutrition plan, answer questions, and send workouts to your watch where you allow it. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Processors
We use cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Cloudflare), Telegram for messaging, OpenAI to generate coach responses, and the watch platforms you connect (for example COROS, Garmin via Intervals.icu, Suunto, Polar). They process data on our behalf for these purposes only.
Your choices
You can disconnect a watch provider, ask for a copy of your data, or delete your account and data at any time by writing to hello@jencoach.com or with the delete command in the bot.
